Team Participation is considered when 3 or more Delegates are registered with the same Bank Transfer (whether or not from the same Institution). This Registration Fee is valid only with deadline 30 June, 2000.

The Registration Fees includes: documents in a portfolio, book of abstracts and program, daily snack, welcoming cocktail, gala dinner.

A copy of the transfer should be faxed to the Organising Committee including the full name of the Delegate(s) to identify each deposit. Delegates will be notified by e-mail of the receipt of their payments when the Bank confirms it to the Organising Committee. With this confirmation, each Delegate will be considered officially Registered. Normally a Bank Transfer can take between 48 and 72 hours.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for refund must be made in writing to the Organising Committee by fax or e-mail. For cancellations received until 15 September, 2000 refunds will be subjected to a 30% cancellation fee because of administrative and bank charges. We regret that refunds cannot be made after this date.

If applying for an individual cancellation of a Registration made under a Team Participation, the refund will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. They will be accepted until the same deadline.
