Full-time students (Master or Ph.D. degrees) should send by fax to the Organising Committee an Official Letter from the Academic Institution to apply for a Reduced Registration Fee. Those persons, who are currently in postdoctoral fellowships, academic training or similar status cannot apply for a Reduced Registration Fee. The acceptance of this type of Registration Fee is subjected to the final approval from the Organising Committee. Confirmation of receipt and acceptance will be sent by e-mail.
