PRESENTATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS
Oral presentations are limited to 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion. Slide- and overhead- projectors will be provided.
The poster sessions will have convenient time reserved for discussions with the authors. Posters will be renewed only once during the Congress.
ABSTRACTS
Abstracts, for Oral or Poster contributions, must be submitted before
15 July, 2000. The Abstracts can be submitted in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.Click with the right buttom of your mouse to download the Format of Abstracts in Spanish (the English version from April 15): Word 97/2000 Document
DOC (26 Kb) or Rich Text Format RTF (35 Kb). It can be requested from the Organising Committee by e-mail as well.Carefully follow the instructions contained in the Abstract guidelines. We recommend sending your Abstract by e-mail as an attachment document in Word or Word Perfect format. Avoid sending it by fax to minimise mistakes caused by retyping.
Authors are requested to suggest their preference for poster or oral presentation. Although efforts will be made to honour preferences, the Local Organising Committee reserves the right to decide the final format for presentation depending on organisational requirements. The Local Organising Committee, with the advise of the International Advisory Committee, also has the right to reject abstracts considered to be unsuitable. Confirmation of receipt and acceptance will be sent to the authors.
