VISAS AND IUPAC SPONSORSHIP
According to IUPAC sponsorship policy, the Organising Committee is pleased to inform that:
"IUPAC sponsorship implies that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide chemists, provided application is made not less than three months in advance. If a visa is not granted one month before the meeting, the IUPAC Secretariat should be notified without delay by the applicant."
In relation with this, the Local Organising Committee invites to all the delegates to apply for their travelling documents ahead in time. In the event that trouble may arise in obtaining a Visa, the Organising Committee kindly ask to be timely and properly informed in order to mediate at the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
